1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Carolina Paver & Turf's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

Carolina Paver & Turf provides hardscaping and landscaping services including but not limited to: paver installation, artificial turf installation, outdoor kitchen construction, retaining wall construction, and related outdoor living services.

3. Estimates and Contracts

All estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and scope modifications. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract before work begins.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from date of issue
• Changes to project scope may affect final pricing
• Written contracts supersede all estimates and verbal agreements

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project contract. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to schedule work
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship and materials as specified in individual contracts. Warranty terms may vary by project type and materials used. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and products installed.

6. Liability

Carolina Paver & Turf is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in individual project contracts. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to project scope must be requested in writing and may affect project timeline and cost. Cancellation policies are specified in individual contracts and may include fees for work already performed, materials ordered, or scheduling commitments made.

8. Force Majeure

Carolina Paver & Turf is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disputes, material shortages, or government regulations.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in South Carolina under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
