I’m the youngest daughter of Alan and Betty, raised with a deep appreciation for hard work, strong family values, and lasting relationships. Today I’m honored to work alongside my brother and sister, helping clients bring their visions for their outdoor spaces to life. For the past 10 years, my husband and I enjoyed life on our small farm in North Carolina, raising three amazing adult children — and this past year welcoming our first grandchild in West Ashley. Returning to the Lowcountry feels like coming home. As a landscape designer, I love listening carefully and bringing each client’s dream to life with creativity, care, and attention to detail.

From a very early age our parents instilled in each of us the importance of family. If you had told me we would one day all be working together in a family business, I never would have believed it — but here we are. After many years as a Salon Coordinator, I was offered the chance to work remotely from Lawrence, Kansas for our family business, and it was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. My role covers the administrative and financial operations of the business, and I love helping keep projects organized from start to finish. I’m proud to be part of a company built on hard work, integrity, and family values — and the best part is that it’s our family business.

I’ve lived in the Hilton Head / Bluffton area since 1986 and have known the Barbieri family since 1983. This is where I raised my two children, and now I enjoy spending time with my two grandsons. My daughter lives in Barcelona, which gives me the perfect excuse to travel there whenever I can. My career began in interior design before I felt the call to teach — I spent 26 years in the classroom, retiring in 2022, and along the way became a Master Naturalist, kayak guide, and district mentor. In July 2025, I joined Carolina Paver and Turf as a Design Consultant, combining my creativity, love of design, and passion for helping people create beautiful outdoor spaces.

As a Design Consultant for Carolina Paver and Turf, I help homeowners bring their outdoor living ideas to life — from custom paver patios and pool decks to fire pits, turf, and outdoor entertainment spaces. With a background in sales, marketing, and customer relationships, I pride myself on being approachable, easy to work with, and focused on making the design process simple and exciting from start to finish. As a Charleston-area local, I appreciate the outdoor lifestyle the Lowcountry offers and enjoy helping homeowners make the most of their space year-round. Great outdoor spaces should feel like a natural extension of the home — a place to relax, entertain, and spend time with the people you love.

Originally from New Zealand, I’ve spent over 25 years in client relations, production management, and customer communication, working closely with clients from the first conversation through to final delivery. In my role as Client Success Support at Carolina Paver and Turf, my focus is on creating a smooth, positive experience for every homeowner we work with. I enjoy building relationships, answering questions, coordinating communication, and making sure our clients feel informed and taken care of every step of the way. I’m passionate about great customer service, clear communication, and helping bring outdoor projects to life in a way that feels exciting and stress-free.

Born and raised on Hilton Head Island, I’ve known the Barbieris my whole life — since the day I was born, to be exact. So when they needed someone to lead the digital side of the business, it wasn’t a hard call. I’ve spent 17 years in digital marketing, and what I love most is building systems that help business owners succeed. For the last five years I’ve also owned a property management company, which put me shoulder-to-shoulder with all kinds of service contractors — roofers, painters, plumbers, landscapers, you name it. Brilliant at their trade. Usually terrible online. Bridging that gap is exactly the kind of problem I like to solve, and it’s what I get to do every day for C. Paver.
